Sikkens Cetol Maintenance is a premium clear exterior finish to be used over existing Sikkens Cetol 23 Plus or Sikkens Cetol Log & Siding as a maintenance coat. Typically, with maintenance coats, pigmented products will further darken the wood. With a one coat application of Sikkens Cetol Maintenance, the wood will retain the same look and color.

Features
  • Non-Pigmented Maintenance Coating – Developed to provide a non-darkening maintenance coat for vertical surfaces (siding, logs & trim).
  • High Solids Alkyd – Provides maintenance protection in one coat.
  • UV Absorbers – High performance UV protection, preventing graying and deterioration of the wood surface.
  • Excellent Microporosity and Flexibility – Minimizes blistering and cracking due to expansion and contraction or moisture build up.
Coverage

Sikkens Cetol Maintenance covers 300-400 sq. ft./gallon on smooth wood and 150–225 sq. ft./gallon on rough wood.
Shipping

Sikkens Cetol Maintenance may not be shipped via air transit due to D.O.T. restrictions.

Sikkens Cetol Maintenance Use Restrictions

Cetol Maintenance RE, the reduced-emission version of Cetol Maintenance, will be sent when shipping to one of the following restricted areas.

Cetol Maintenance RE should be used in place of Cetol Maintenance for the following states:
CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and N.E. Corner of Virginia (Counties - Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania & Stafford; Cities - Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas, & Manassas Park). Cetol Maintenance RE is only available in the above mentioned areas.
